Data collected and purposes
This site is essentially informational. It has no analytics tooling and does not create user accounts.
- Contact: if you write to battlebad.asso@gmail.com, your address and the content of your message are processed so we can reply to you.
- Registration and ticketing: these journeys link out to external services that handle their own data under their own policies.
- YouTube video: once loaded with your consent, the embedded player sets Google cookies (see the Cookies section).
Legal basis
Replying to your contact requests: legitimate interest. Setting third-party cookies (YouTube): your consent.
Retention period
Email exchanges are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then archived or deleted within 12 months at the latest. Your cookie consent choice is stored in your browser.
Transfers outside the European Union
The YouTube player is provided by Google LLC (United States). Loading the video may transfer data outside the EU under the Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies
No tracking cookie is set without your consent. The only one comes from the YouTube video player on the home page, which loads only after you consent.
